About Lawn King, Inc.
Family-Owned Garden Center Since 1973
For almost 40 years, we have been a family-owned garden center and nursery in Corcoran, a northwest suburb of Minneapolis. We also offer full-service landscaping and installation, grading and fresh-cut sod. In the winter, we provide Christmas trees, wreaths, garland, straw and snowplowing services.
Lawn King was established in 1973, and was first located in St. Louis Park under the original name "Fairway Landscaping." In 1974, Fairway Landscaping changed its name to Lawn King, Inc. and moved to its current location in Corcoran. At first the garden center occupied just 1 acre of land, but has now grown to 5.3 acres of shrubs, trees, greenhouses, rock, mulch and more.

Lawn King's Limited Warranty
Lawn King, Inc. agrees to furnish quality materials and nursery stock true to name and to resupply once to the Client (at no extra charge, but subject to the specific exceptions set out below) all trees, shrubs and evergreens which fail to grow through the first year from the date of purchase, provided that the Client (1) has made prompt payment of the account in 30 days; (2) reports said plant failure during the warranty period; (3) provides proof of purchase; and (4) has properly planted, watered, maintained and winter-protected the plant.
