Bring the holidays to any room in your home with a tabletop Christmas tree. Put one "family" Christmas tree by the fireplace, and then place a smaller tree in another room - decorated to match your decor.
Choose a fun color theme or a "concept" theme such as candy canes, gingerbread men or miniature birdhouses.

Each year, when you trim the Christmas tree trunk, save the scrap & turn it into an ornament or holiday decor.
Remember to the cut the tree trunk on the same day you put up the tree. Cutting the bottom off allows your tree to take in water - keeping it fresh longer.
